How our onboarding works

This process gives us a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to go, so we can tailor your Strategy Call and Executive Brand Strategy Day for maximum impact.

It has 3 parts and should take less than 15 minutes to complete:

1. Personality Diagnostics

• Complete the Brand Archetype and Enneagram

• Save or screenshot your results — we’ll use them to shape your positioning.

2. Trusted Authority Diagnostic

A short, targeted assessment to identify your current strengths, gaps, and opportunities on the path from Technical Expert to Trusted Authority. Complete Your Trusted Authority Diagnostic.

3. Onboarding Form (below)

• Share your details, current visibility, commercial goals, and biggest challenges. This gives me the insight to personalise your journey.

✅ Once all three are complete, you’re officially set up.

From there, we’ll dive into your Strategy Call and map the foundations of your Authority platform.
