Terms & Conditions: Coaching Packages
This agreement is for the following services: Personal Branding and Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Employer and Company Branding, Career Coaching.
This is to acknowledge that anything revealed to the team of impaCCCt PTY Ltd by our clients during the course of our coaching program together will remain strictly confidential unless by prior agreement
Full payment (if payment plan) has to be made before the end of the coaching program, maximum within 3 months from start of the coaching.
A telephone booking or email for a session will be deemed to be confirmation for the coaching session.
If a client arrives late for the session for whatever reason, the session will run to the original agreed time.
Please give 72 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment for any reason. Clients cancelling within a 72 hour period will be liable for the full standard appointment charge for the appointment being cancelled.
7. Clients failing to show for their session without sufficient prior notice will forfeit their right to the session missed.
8. Should there be any need to cancel a client’s appointment for any reason whatsoever including illness and any unforeseen circumstances we will make reasonable efforts to give adequate notice. impaCCCt PTY Ltd cannot accept any costs or claims for travel, inconvenience or any other aspect related to the cancelled appointment. Cancellations are made without prejudice. Purchased packages must be redeemed within 6 months of starting the engagement. Extensions may be granted for unforeseen circumstances.
9. Should it be agreed that the appointment be held at the client’s own premises, then the client will be responsible for providing a safe and uninterrupted place of work to these terms and conditions whether they are signed or not.
10. impaCCCt PTY Ltd may with the clients full permission may use referrals for promotion and marketing purposes.
11. All clients booking the services of impaCCCt PTY Ltd upon commencement of their first session will be deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement whether it is signed or not.
12. It is the responsibility of the client to keep us informed of any relevant health issues that may have a bearing on the efficacy of their programme before, between and during the appointments.
Terms and Conditions - Photo & Video shoots
Timeliness and Attanedence
Client should arrive to shoot, dressed (including hair and makeup) and ready to shoot if no onsite styling arrangements have been made prior. Timeliness is imperative for the smooth execution of each session. Additional time will not be added to a session, in the event of tardiness. A grace period of up to 15 minutes will be given for each session. After 15 minutes, clients will incur a charge of $15. After 30 minutes, session will be cancelled and client will forfeit payment for the session.
Cancellation: If the Client cancels the arranged time more than seven (7) calendar days before the photo shooting day, any booking fee paid to impaCCCt PTY shall be refunded in full if the Photographer is able to re-book the same date. If impaCCCt PTY is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than seven (7) calendar days before the shoot date, the client is charged 100% of the fee.
Payment: Payment by the Client will be expected for the commissioned work within seven (7) days of the issue of the relevant invoice. If the invoice is not paid, in full, within seven (7) days impaCCCt PTY reserves the right to charge 1.25% per month from the date payment was due until the date payment is made.
Post shoot: Clients will receive a digital gallery of edited images within 2 weeks of the session date. Galleries will automatically expire after 14 days.
Client’s usage: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said to 3rd parties. Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior written consent from impaCCCt PTY Ltd. A credit line that reads impaCCCt PTY Ltd and our contact details in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all permitted published photographs.
